I love photoshop, not photoshop myself of course..haha.. but I love to play all the tool in photoshop. But I'm not expect enough.. That's why my elective subject goes to DIGITAL IMAGING :)
Ok, lets come back to the topic. Today I did learned about how to place a photo to a space, create reflection and also shadow of it. The progress is showing below. Lets check it out! ;)
The interior selection
First, open the interior's photo that you like. The photo on the top is my selection. This lesson prefer the photo that have water will help to create better effect, because we are going to add reflection.
Human Photo Selection
The second thing we need to do is searching some human photo or your own photo for this lesson. My interior space looks elegance so I decide to choose the social dance photo and I feel it looks interesting too.
Tools Selection
For this lesson, we had learned to use the lasso tool (photo on left). We can use this to select the part we want in the photo and cut or copy it out. For another technique, we can use magic wand tool (photo on right) to do selection too! For me I prefer magic wand because my background photo is just white and simple, the magic wand tool can be easily to select only the human.
Finishing
And tadaa~~~ After you select the human, just copy and back to the interior photo and paste it in. You can go to edit-transform-scale to scale down the image and locate it to the spot you like the most~ Do one more copy of the human and transform it upside down and adjust the color. Do another copy of human again in upside down form too. Then make it black in color and adjust the transparency. Then, it's done! yey ! ;)
